Refund Policy Thank you for choosing Scotsdale Women's Center. Please read our Refund Policy below which outlines if, when, and how you may be able to request a refund. 1. After submitting your payment, before your virtual appointment. If you happen to change your mind before you meet with the provider virtually, you have the option to request a full refund. Please contact us at tpl@swcdetroit.com to request a refund. 2. The provider deems you unsuitable for medication abortion. If, upon reviewing your health history, or during your virtual visit, the provider finds you ineligible for abortion using the pill method, you have two options: You may apply your payment toward in-clinic abortion services, or you may request a refund. Your refund will be the amount you paid minus a $50 fee for staff time and labor. 3. No-show to virtual appointment. If you do not show up to your virtual appointment, no refund will be given. How Does It Work?

Answer the eligibility screening questions below

We want to be sure you are a good candidate for medical abortion. Eligible patients are at least 18 years old, under 11weeks pregnant, have valid government ID, and a Michigan mailing address for delivery of medications.

Health History and Payment

Complete our health history questions, upload an image of your valid ID, and submit payment.

Scheduling and Shipping

After reviewing your health history, one of our experienced doctors will contact you to schedule a video visit. Your medications will be shipped immediately after your doctor’s visit. Packages will be shipped by FedEx 2-Day Express.

The eligibility questions below must be completed by the person who will use the pills. If you are a good candidate for abortion pills by mail, you will be prompted to complete additional forms. Once your paperwork is reviewed by our medical staff you will receive a link by email to schedule a brief video visit with one of our doctors.

*SWC provides Telehealth abortion as a reduced-cost service. While we do provide follow-up care in-person and virtually, some rare scenarios may require additional services at additional cost.
